The Iranian cultural society of New Mexico is a nonprofit corporation with the following goals:

• To preserve the Iranian culture and to further and foster cooperation and correlation among Iranians, the Iranian Cultural Society of New Mexico has been formed in the City of Albuquerque.
• The Iranian Cultural Society of New Mexico is an independent, nonprofit and nonpolitical organization with no affiliation or attachment to any special interest or group. 
• The Iranian Cultural Society of New Mexico shall be administered under the provisions of the these By-Laws
